1. Our role

Canibaro provides a marketplace that allows independent owners and rental businesses to offer items for rent to renters. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Canibaro does not own, manufacture, inspect, maintain or operate the items listed by users.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

3. Using the marketplace

Owners and renters agree to the Owner Agreement, Renter Agreement and Rental Agreement that apply to them.

4. Fees

Service fees, marketplace fees and estimated taxes are shown before you book or list.

5. Prohibited items and conduct
