Platform role
Canibaro provides a marketplace that allows independent owners and rental businesses to offer items for rent to renters. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Canibaro does not own, manufacture, inspect, maintain or operate the items listed by users.
Renter responsibilities
When you rent an item you agree to:
- inspect the item before use;
- not use an item that appears unsafe or materially different from the listing;
- follow manufacturer instructions and safety warnings;
- use equipment only for its intended purpose;
- not modify or intentionally misuse equipment;
- comply with applicable laws;
- return the item in the agreed condition;
- promptly stop using an item if a safety issue is discovered;
- notify the owner/Canibaro of significant problems.
Security holds
A refundable security hold may be placed on your card. It is not a charge unless a claim is approved.
