Rental Agreement

This Rental Agreement applies to each booking between the renter and the owner named on the booking. The item, rental dates, price and security hold are shown on the booking.
1. Platform marketplace role
Canibaro provides a marketplace that allows independent owners and rental businesses to offer items for rent to renters. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Canibaro does not own, manufacture, inspect, maintain or operate the items listed by users.
2. Equipment condition
The owner and renter document the item's condition at pickup and return using condition reports and photos.
3. Renter responsibilities
See the Renter Agreement. Inspect before use; stop using the item if it appears unsafe.
4. Owner responsibilities
See the Owner Agreement. Disclose known defects and provide instructions.
5. Third-party manufacturer instructions
Manuals or instructions supplied by owners are provided by the owner or manufacturer. Canibaro does not author or verify them.
6. Prohibited uses
No illegal use, no use beyond the item's intended purpose, no modification, no sub-renting.
7. Assumption of inherent risks
