Platform role

Canibaro provides a marketplace that allows independent owners and rental businesses to offer items for rent to renters. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Canibaro does not own, manufacture, inspect, maintain or operate the items listed by users.

Owner representations

By listing an item, you represent that, to the best of your knowledge:

you own the item or have authority to rent it;
the listing accurately describes the item;
known material defects are disclosed;
the item is in working condition appropriate for the rental being offered;
appropriate warnings and instructions will be provided;
recalled or prohibited items will not be listed;
applicable laws and regulations will be followed;
you will not intentionally conceal damage or safety issues;
you will provide accurate pickup/delivery information.

Payouts and fees

The owner marketplace fee is deducted from your payout.
